With her extensive knowledge of customer service and more than six years experience within the cellular phone industry, Margaret is the ideal entrepreneur to own and operate MobileGal Communications, fondly known as “Sprint Downtown.”  Margaret began her business in January 2007; while working as a store manager at a retailer, she was faced with the decision to either take over the store as a franchise or find other employment.  She enthusiastically chose the latter.  Margaret notes that this process of running her business “has been quite a learning experience, and I love the freedom that this job affords.”

Margaret shares a bit of her inside knowledge: “Help your customers even if you don’t earn a commission.  Take care of them and they’ll take care of you by sending you referrals and ultimately more business.”
