Gail Burford

Gift Baskets by G & H, Reading

Two loans totalling $22,000

AN ARTIST BY NATURE, GAIL BURFORD LOVES DESIGNING ON THE SPOT.

Known for its limitless array of customized baskets, Gift Baskets by G & H, owned and operated by Gail, has become the area business that other competitors scout out for ideas and inspiration.  With an extensive sales background, Gail is confident in her skills as a business owner and designer.  After being in business for six years, “the most rewarding part of designing ‘on the spot’ is the approval that comes from satisfied customers,” says Gail.  Two loans from Community First Fund helped Gail increase her floor inventory, especially when she moved to a larger location with the Fairgrounds Square Mall in Reading, PA.

Gift Baskets by G & H has grown exponentially due to its web presence and nationwide delivery options.  Gail is an entrepreneur of many talents, overseeing the website design, photography, accounting of the business, and of course, designing original gift baskets for all occasion.
